**L'analyste fonctionnel sera en charge de l'analyse de divers demandes business. Dans le cadre de cette mission, il est important que le consultant ait l'esprit tourné vers le technique.**

Votre nouvelle mission

Voici le cadre de votre mission:
La mission consiste à faire le pont entre le métier et les équipes techniques, en traduisant les besoins métier en spécifications techniques, tout en contribuant à la conception de la solution et à son testing.
- À partir de l'Analyse Business qui vous est fournie, vous concevez la solution informatique en termes fonctionnels et vous vous assurez que celle-ci correspond aux besoins du métier, tout en évaluant sa faisabilité. Vous prenez le temps de partager votre vision avec les différents intervenants et acceptez de vous remettre en question. Vous faites des propositions innovantes pour répondre aux besoins.
- Vous collaborez avec un ou plusieurs architectes pour les aspects techniques, vous vous conformez aux standards techniques internes. Le cas échéant, vous êtes en mesure d'orienter les discussions vers des solutions en dehors de ces standards techniques.
- Vous produisez les documents d'analyse technique et des modèles (principalement UML : use case, data model,) qui décrivent la solution informatique à mettre en œuvre. Ces documents serviront de référence aux équipes techniques et aux développeurs. Vous vous assurez que ces documents sont maintenus et toujours à jour. Vous obtenez la validation du contenu de ces documents auprès des personnes compétentes (selon les cas : architecte d'entreprise, responsable sécurité, chef de projet, sponsor, expert métier).
- Vous contribuez au développement de la solution, en étant en support des équipes techniques pour répondre aux questions qui surviennent pendant le développement. Vous jouez les intermédiaires avec le métier pour clarifier toute question qui le nécessiterait.
- Vous concevez les plans de tests pour les parties qui sont de votre ressort, conjointement avec la cellule de tests. Vous êtes capable de mettre en œuvre ces plans de tests et de les suivre durant la phase de développement et même après, lors des phases d'évolution (maintenance/évolution).
- Vous organisez et assistez aux réunions avec le métier.
- Vous documentez la solution et maintenez la documentation à jour.
- Vous veillez à l'intégration de la solution avec le reste du programme et éventuellement d'autres systèmes annexes.
- Vous présentez la solution au métier et assistez les utilisateurs en cas de besoin.

Qu'attendons-nous de vous ?
- Vous avez obtenu un diplôme de master ou bachelier.
- Vous parlez couramment le français avec une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
- Vous avez minimum 5 ans d'expérience en analyse fonctionnelle et une connaissance solide des bonnes pratiques d'analyse fonctionnelle.
- Vous avez un appétit féroce d'être le meilleur en UML, BPMN (maitrise de l'outil Sparx Enterprise Architect est un plus).
- Vous travaillez en équipe et collaborez activement à un programme de large ampleur.
- Vous avez déjà travaillé dans un environnement Agile.
- Vous connaissez les principes d'architecture techniques.
- Vous avez déjà travaillé avec des développeurs.
- Vous avez une motivation sans limites afin d'être l'ambassadeur d'Aprico Consultants à tout moment et une passion pour les solutions de transformation digitale
