Service Market Logistics, een onbekend begrip voor velen, maar een betekenisvolle en belangrijke speler bij Volvo Group. Zo kijken we niet alleen met trots naar onze fabriek, maar ook naar ons magazijn dat sinds lange tijd een onderdeel maakt van onze Gentse site. Het grootste centrale distributiecentrum is bij ons gevestigd en bevat alle onderdelen van trucks, bussen, construction equipment en industriële
- en marine motoren. Succesvol zijn en blijven? Daar geloven wij in Zo hebben we naast een opslagfunctie, ook heel wat nevenactiviteiten waarbij de focus ligt op leveringsprecisie, kwaliteit, service en efficiëntie.

Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en divers operationeel team van 20 collega's waar service, kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan. Samenwerking binnen het team en met de collega teams van andere afdelingen en met externe partners is essentieel om onze doelen te bereiken. Klantentevredenheid staat bij ons heel hoog in het vaandel, net zoals het continu streven naar verbeteringen.
**Jouw ideale job?**
Als coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzenden van onderdelen van de Volvo Group en dit volgens de contractuele overeenkomsten van de toegewezen logistieke flows. Door middel van een correcte verzendadministratie zorgt de coördinator ervoor dat de transporten op het vooropgestelde tijdstip kunnen vertrekken. Hierbij zorg je er ook voor dat het service level naar de klant overeenstemt met de afspraken en dat de operationele actieplannen uitgevoerd worden. Je borgt daarbij ook het overeengekomen niveau van de KPI Performantie.
Takenpakket:
- Verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van alle verzendadministratie en organisatie van transporten.
- Goederen versturen met een minimum aan kost in de bestaande afgesproken transport set-up.
- Ervoor zorgen dat afwijkingen in het CDC Outbound proces proactief worden ondervangen, gelogd en opgelost op een kostenefficiënte manier en met een klantvriendelijke aanpak.
- In overeenstemming met de globale Order to Delivery processen werken. Escaleren en ideeën tot verbetering van de processen initiëren.
- Bij afwijkingen ben je een belangrijke schakel in de communicatie tussen Service Desk en klant in geval van problemen in het laadprocessen bijhorende zendadministratie.

- Je bent bereid om mee te werken aan PSM's of deel te nemen aan kaizens.
- Je hebt een E2E mindset en staat open voor het 4 jobs principe.
- Je staat open voor cross functionele samenwerking binnen de afdeling.
