Een Power BI Specialist, iemand die in overleg met zijn stakeholders en samen met zijn team de rapporteringsnoden kan vertalen naar oplossingen.

**Wat ga jij allemaal doen?**

Je werkt mee aan het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van business intelligence oplossingen. Je denkt mee met onze interne stakeholders, draagt initiatieven aan en gaat deze vervolgens realiseren.
- Je analyseert de behoeften van je interne klanten om de juiste oplossingen te kunnen bieden.
- Je ondersteunt de Business Controllers door de maandelijkse analyses voor te bereiden en ad hoc vragen te beantwoorden.
- Je ontwerpt, ontwikkelt en implementeert nieuwe BI rapporten op maat van de business.
- Je zorgt voor het onderhoud van bestaande BI rapporten en waakt over de accuraatheid ervan.
- Je werkt samen met je BI & Control team om oplossingen te leveren die aan de eisen van de klant voldoen.
- Je assisteert bij het testen en implementeren van de uitgewerkte BI-oplossingen.
- Je bent overtuigd van de meerwaarde van Power BI als tool en je wil je verder nog verdiepen in de materie terwijl je het bedrijf en zijn processen beter leert kennen.
- Je uitvalbasis is Hasselt met occasionele verplaatsingen naar onze vestigingen (Herenthout, Antwerpen, De Pinte, Roeselare, Herstal of Nijvel)

**Met deze troeven heb je een streepje voor**
- Een Bachelor of Master diploma in een economisch geïnspireerde richting is mooi meegenomen al vinden we je attitude veel belangrijker dan je ervaring.
- Je hebt interesse of een eerste ervaring in Power BI en zijn toepassingen.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse of kennis van SQL en database management systemen.
- Je deinst niet terug om je eigen mening naar voor te brengen en kan deze duidelijk argumenteren.
- Je hebt sterke analytische skills, een 'logische' en rationele mindset waarmee je data kunt lezen en interpreteren. Je kunt deze inzichten omzetten in transparante rapporten.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans en Engels
- Heb je bijkomend ook nog interesse of ervaring met ETL-processen, data warehousing en data modellering dan zijn wij ongetwijfeld een goeie match

**Ons aanbod**

Je afdeling BI & Control bestaat uit een team van 5 personen en maakt deel uit van het Finance team waar een 20-tal collega's samenwerken aan hetzelfde doel. Je sparringpartners bevinden zich verspreid over de organisatie waardoor je al snel deel uitmaakt van de grote 420 koppige Dexis familie.

Je komt terecht in een sterke stabiele groep met heel wat ambitie Voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling in je functie en jouw kennis kan je rekenen op heel wat ondersteuning vanuit je leidinggevende. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om je eigen sterktes te ontdekken en deze verder te ontplooien, door verdieping in BI of transformeren naar Business Controller.
