**Marketing manager**

Heb je zin voor initiatief? Ben je geïnteresseerd in vastgoed? Dan ben je de ideale kandidaat om ons marketingteam op het kantoor in Brussel te leiden. Jouw missie? Onze marketing naar een hoger niveau tillen.

Samen met je team creëer en voer je marketingstrategieën uit waarbij de focus voornamelijk ligt op content marketing, communicatie, branding en events.

Je richt je niet alleen op onze lange termijn marketingstrategie, je bent ook betrokken bij de dagelijkse marketingactiviteiten. Je bouwt sterke relaties op de andere departementen en richt je op een sfeer van samenwerking.

**Wat zijn je belangrijkste taken?**
- Je doet onderzoek naar onze buyer persona en bereikt zo de juiste doelgroep door middel van straffe content en campagnes.
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en uitvoering van de marketingstrategie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie en branding, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans. Je schrijft zelf wervelende teksten of besteed dit uit aan kundige copywriters.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de collega's van het marketing
- en salesteam. Sales en marketing vormen een tandem.
- Je volgt alle digitale KPI's op met behulp van data gedreven dashboards en reports en stuurt bij indien nodig.
- Je beheert het marketingbudget en volgt dit continu op.
- Je rapporteert aan de marketing director.

**Wie zoeken we?**
- Je hebt een bachelor of master in marketing, communicatie of gelijkwaardig.
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring als marketingmanager. Ervaring binnen de vastgoedmarkt is een extra voordeel.
- Je bent zelfstandig en hebt zin voor initiatief.
- Je hebt een analytische geest en jongleert moeiteloos met cijfers.
- Je gelooft sterk in datagedreven besluitvorming.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig en kritisch.
- Je bent creatief en hebt een goede basiskennis van Adobe CC software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign).
- Je beschikt over een vlotte & commerciële pen.
- **Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands-Frans.**
