**ANPI asbl** est l'Association Nationale pour la protection contre l'incendie et le vol. Elle est au service de l'intérêt général. Elle rassemble les fédérations et associations professionnelles sensibilisées à cet objet.
Située à Louvain-la-Neuve, ANPI est depuis plus de 50 ans un expert actif et unanimement reconnu tant en Belgique que dans toute l'Europe.

**Nous cherchons**
Un(e) **Content & Copywriter Officer** pour renforcer notre **équipe Information, Media & Communication (IMC)** composée de 5 personnes.
**Vos tâches et responsabilités**:
« **Rédacteur » **:_Dans le domaine des publications_
- Vous collaborez à la **rédaction** des articles de notre « **ANPI Magazine** ».
- Vous **rédigez** et diffusez la « **ANPI Newsletter** », reprenant e.a. les infos récoltées lors des opérations de veille.
- Vous participez à la **rédaction **d'articles, de brochures et de contenu destiné aux réseaux sociaux.
**« Traducteur »** : _Dans notre communication vers l'extérieur_
- Vous contribuez à la rédaction et à la **traduction** de notes, communiqués et news, principalement vers le néerlandais.
- Vous assurez la **traduction**, le copywriting et la relecture de documents en néerlandais, français et anglais.
**« Veilleur »** : _Dans le domaine de l'information/documentation_
- Vous assurez quotidiennement la **veille réglementaire belge et européenne **et vous identifiez les changements pertinents concernant les activités de ANPI.
- Vous assurez la **veille normative** et diffusez les nouveautés en interne.
- Vous consultez ponctuellement différentes sources d'information, telles que sites web, newsletters et magazines afin d'assurer la **veille documentaire**.
- Vous facilitez l'accès, la consultation, la diffusion et l'archivage des documents et des informations (dépouillement des revues spécialisées, rapports, documents techniques ).
- Vous gérez les **mails entrants** des clients en traitant leurs demandes ou en les orientant vers les services concernés.
**Profil**:
- Vous avez une parfaite connaissance du néerlandais (oral et écrit) et avez une bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais.
- Une bonne connaissance du paysage institutionnel belge, européen et international.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe et les différents intervenants, tout en assurant vos tâches de manière autonome.
- Vous êtes dynamique, curieux de nature, organisé et faites preuve d'intérêt pour le domaine technique et d'une ouverture d'esprit vers les nouveautés, les changements, les propositions,
- Une expérience dans la gestion d'information (en tant que documentaliste, information officer, veilleur ), dans le suivi de publications (comme correcteur, traducteur, éditeur), ou dans le rédactionnel (rédacteur, journaliste,) est un plus.
Des connaissances en matière de sécurité au travail et de prévention incendie constituent **un sérieux atout**.
