- Functieomschrijving:

- Als research executive zal je instaan voor de volledige ondersteuning tijdens alle fases van een onderzoek: het maken van vragenlijsten en interviewgidsen, het opvolgen van het veldwerk, analyse van de data en (onder begeleiding) de opbouw van een sterk verhaal in het eindrapport. Mondeling presenteren leer je bij ons 'on the job'.
- Je hebt interesse in de menselijke psyche en je denkt graag na over marketingvraagstukken, je legt graag verbanden en houdt van puzzelen tot aan de oplossing.
- Je bent graag bezig met (het analyseren van) data. Je hebt goesting om je het statistische analysepakket SPSS eigen te maken.
- Je hebt gevoel voor sterke visualisatie, dus resultaten of inzichten visualiseren in PowerPoint of met andere software en tools,.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en precies in je werk.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle project-gerelateerde klantencontacten vlot verlopen.
- Je bent zelfstandig, en gemotiveerd om continu bij te leren en je nieuwe onderzoeksmethoden eigen te maken.

Taken:
De taakomschrijving is ruim geformuleerd en omvat alle dimensies van modern marktonderzoek. Hoewel er zeker ook mogelijkheden zijn om op kwalitatief onderzoek te werken zal de focus (zeker in het begin) op kwantitatief onderzoek liggen:

- Uitwerken van vragenlijsten;
- programmeren en testen van vragenlijsten;
- opmaken van onderzoekstabellen en analyse van de data;
- coderen van open vragen;
- rapportering van resultaten in PowerPoint, met nadruk op sterke visualisaties.
- Uitvoeren van desk research, vooral online opzoekwerk, social media listening,
- Ondersteuning bij de opmaak van onderzoeksvoorstellen (weer met nadruk op sterke visualisaties in PowerPoint).

De onderzoeksonderwerpen kunnen sterk variëren, zowel qua marketingonderwerp (innovatieonderzoek, klantentevredenheid, communicatie, ) als qua sector (energie, overheid, telecom, FMCG, media ). Na een inwerkperiode kan je doorgroeien naar een Senior functie waar je volledig de projecten zelfstandig zal opvolgen (in samenwerking met de manager voor begeleiding & coaching).

Profiel
- Je bent gepassioneerd door de menselijke psyche en het doorgronden van consumentengedrag
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma (Psychologie, Sociologie, Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen, Marketing, Handelswetenschappen...) of vergelijkbaar Bachelor-diploma
- Goede kennis van PowerPoint is cruciaal
- Je beschikt over goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels. Voor Frans is begrijpend lezen een mínimale vereiste. Spreken en schrijven is een plus.
- Je houdt van technologie en digitale transformatie. Alle tools, sociale media, apps en software die kunnen helpen om ons vak naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
- Ervaring is een pluspunt maar niet noodzakelijk: wij investeren in jouw persoonlijk groeipad, zowel als marktonderzoeker als je analyse
- en communicatievaardigheden in het algemeen
- Je bent een echte teamplayer. Onze waarden zijn nieuwsgierigheid, respect en vertrouwen.
