Join the Traffic Management Team as a Project Manager and lead the charge on our latest Incident Management project
In this critical role, you'll be a driving force behind project delivery, building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring successful implementation of the solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for the Business Product Manager, fostering clear communication and collaboration. Team Leadership: Lead and guide the project development team, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals. Project Delivery Ownership: Be responsible for the overall delivery of the project, ensuring it meets deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to identify and define business needs, understand the solution context, and develop the vision, roadmap, and features required for success, specifically focusing on the Incident Management project. Agile Management: Steer projects within your portfolio, manage and structure project backlogs, coordinate delivery and sprint scope, review user stories, and potentially contribute to user story creation. Scrum Master: Lead the scrum team in an agile development environment, promoting collaboration and ensuring efficient execution of sprints on the Incident Management project. Project Cost Management: Maintain full cost ownership of the assigned project and application portfolio. Project Reporting: Provide regular status reports on project progress and key milestones, including updates for Steerco (steering committee) meetings, specifically related to the Incident Management project.Vereisten
Technical Skills :
Master's Degree or Equivalent: Possess a master's degree or equivalent qualification. Proven Project Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management. Agile Experience: Proven experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies. Functional Analyst Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a Functional Analyst. Public Transport Knowledge: Experience in the public transport sector is a plus. Technical Inclinations: A willingness to delve deep into project content and understand technical details of the Incident Management project. Innovation Mindset: Proactive in exploring market trends, available technologies, and competitor activities, specifically in the realm of Incident Management. Multilingual Communication: Fluency in Dutch or French and proficient knowledge of English. Atlassian Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of the Atlassian suite of project management tools.Human Skills :
Analytical Thinking: Approach challenges with a strong analytical mind and a problem-solving focus, particularly for incident management scenarios. Proactive and Hands-on: Demonstrate a proactive, pragmatic, and hands-on approach with a strong customer focus, driving success for the Incident Management project.
