As a Heat Pump Account Executive, you will oversee the management, deadlines, technical aspects, finances, and administrative processes of various heating installations for our residential clients, ensuring their satisfaction.

You will handle your customer portfolio from start to finish:

  • Dealing with incoming quote requests.
  • Providing expert advice on technical solutions and equipment based on customer needs.
  • Building rapport with customers, finalizing sales, and exploring opportunities for additional services.
  • Exploring sales of other services to generate leads for the company.
  • Supervising installations remotely in collaboration with partners.
  • Managing affairs independently until payment completion.
  • Negotiating with different stakeholders.

Achieving Sales Goals

You play a crucial role in meeting monthly and yearly targets while contributing to the rapid growth of our operations.

Suggesting promotions considering customer types and target margins.

Regularly reporting on results to the team and proposing enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Customer satisfaction drives you each day.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, preferably in construction.
  • Keen interest in technical products and a willingness to learn.
  • Bilingual in Dutch/French.
  • Ambitious and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a passion for achieving customer satisfaction.
