Account Executive – UPS Global Freight Forwarding

UPS SCS Diegem Belgium

As an Account Executive (AE) at UPS, you have the responsibility of achieving the assigned sales plan. Your role involves analyzing customers' current supply chain needs to develop appropriate solutions. This includes strategy sessions with your Area Sales Manager (ASM), collaborating with the sales team, and engaging with decision makers. Are you up for the challenge?

What you'll do

  • Establish successful partnerships with key stakeholders across customers' organizations to foster relationships and create revenue opportunities across all FF products and services.
  • Present solutions to customers to obtain approval of proposals and progress the sales process.
  • Sell technology solutions (Flex Global View) to customers to retain their business, enhance proposal value, and meet business requirements.
  • Manage the book of business accurately (e.g., air, ocean, brokerage, ground, etc.) to expand and implement the business plan.

What you'll need

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service within Freight Forwarding.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French both verbally and in writing.
  • A proactive, sales-oriented, and optimistic attitude.
  • Punctuality and the ability to grasp the bigger picture, fostering cooperation across departments.
