Job description
Profile
- A professional driver who lives for his job
- Good knowledge of Dutch
- Eye for safety, with a strictly defensive driving style
- To live within a radius of 20km around Mechelen
- To work 1 or 2 Saturdays per month (150% paid)
Job-related competencies
- Organising or checking the loading of goods in the vehicle
- Performing basic maintenance
- Cleaning the vehicle
- Checking the condition of the vehicle and equipment
- Performing the coupling
- Driving a specific vehicle: Truck with tailgate
- Recording followup and activity data
- Passing the information to the relevant department
- Loading and unloading a vehicle manually or by means of nonmotorised materialhandling equipment
- Checking the presence and validity of board and transport documents
- Picking up, transporting and delivering products or goods
- Checking the conformity of the goods with the customer
- Performing movements: National
