Als recruiter ben je het hart van de onderneming: je bent hét aanspreekpunt en het eerste gezicht dat onze potentiële werknemers ontmoeten.

**Functiebeschrijving**
- Als interne recruiter ga je op zoek naar kandidaten via jobsites, sociale media, jobbeurzen, scholen, etc.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de instroom en volgt het rekruteringsbudget nauwkeurig op.
- Je schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatures uit en post ze op de juiste kanalen.
- Je volgt je kandidaten nauwgezet op en communiceert met hen over de status van hun kandidatuur.
- Je voert gesprekken met gekwalificeerde kandidaten en maakt gebruikt van assessments of persoonlijkheidstesten indien nodig.
- Je brengt op een enthousiaste, heldere en overtuigende manier het verhaal van Twin Promotion.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR manager.
- Je organiseert rekruteringsevents en bedenkt leuke campagnes om de instroom te verhogen.
- Je denkt mee over onze employer branding.

- Je hebt voldoende mensenkennis en empathie. Je leest je kandidaten en begrijpt wat hen drijft.
- Je bent vlot en houdt van sociaal contact.
- Je behoudt het overzicht en bent organisatorisch sterk.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en gaat uitdagingen niet uit de weg.
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Frans.
