IT Service Support Manager

- il/elle est impliqué(e) dans l'analyse des besoins du futur support ;
- il/elle participe au développement de prototypes « Low-code » avec MS PowerApps / Power automate ou équivalents.
- En parallèle aux développements:
- il/elle définit et met en œuvre les procédures standards de mise en production et de roll-out en respectant les standards du client lorsqu'ils existent ;
- il/elle gère le scope de l'implémentation, son phasage, ainsi que les risques et problèmes de support à prendre en charge ;
- il/elle formalise les contrats de services (SLA) avec le métier et les fournisseurs ;
- il/elle est responsable de la « readyness » avec notamment:
- la mise à jour du catalogue de service et de la gestion des incidents dans notre outil de ticketing ;
- la gestion des formations (ppt, capsules videos ) et des documents pour les équipes de support (operations manual) et les utilisateurs (user guide).
- Durant la production:
- il/elle organise et participe au support de 1ère et de 2ème ligne, et s'assure en permanence de l'existence et de la cohérence du support de 3ème ligne;
- il/elle assure le suivi des SLAs, produit les rapports de service, propose et suit des actions correctrices le cas échéant ;
- il/elle fournit des statistiques et produit de manière récurrente des rapports/alimenter des tableaux de bord.
- En permanence:
- il/elle rédiger les documents préparatoires aux réunions (incl. les supports de présentation) ;
- Competences techniques- Vous avez une formation de base en informatique ou (d'une expérience) équivalente;
- Vous êtes certifiés ITIL Foundations (à mínima) ;
- Vous êtes familier avec les méthodologies et concepts SLA, OLA et SLM ;
- Vous maîtrisez un outil de ticketting de référence (OTRS, JIRA, Service Now ) et êtes capable de produire des rapports de service de façon autonome au moyen d'outils dédiés (.xls, Power BI ).
- Competences generales- Minimum 5 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire ;
- Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et verbale, vous êtes capable d'interagir avec toutes les parties prenantes de grands projets IT ;
- Vous êtes autant capable de faire que de faire faire les tâches sous votre responsabilité.
- Langues- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Français ou le Néerlandais et vous avez une connaissance de travail de la seconde langue nationale.
