_ Eurofins Professional Scientific Services (PSS__)_ is a global, award-winning insourcing solution. Job Description:
In a nutshell, PSS Manager is
part of Management Team for PSS Belgium, oversees a business unit within the organization and is responsible for various multifunctional PSS teams.
In this role, not only do you have a chance to
train, develop and coach PSS Leaders but also
recruit and manage team performance and
act as a first point of contact with a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Effective organization, coordination,
managing of PSS Teams at client sites with an eye on high productivity,
quality, GMP and safety, resolving problems and
customer-service standards are key elements of this position too.
This opportunity gives the possibility to
grow quickly into a PSS Country-Manager position, overseeing
PSS activities in Belgium, managing, leading and co-ordinating PSS teams and their on-site leaders.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, (Bio)Chemistry or related;
Background:
Min 5 years of work experience in the (pharmaceutical) industry with the ability to understand and meet customer requirements and people management experience;
Languages:
Good command of spoken and written English and French;
Other:
Ability to work cross functionally across different parts of the country.
