Met 2,5 miljoen klanten is AG de grootste verzekeraar in België. En dat is omdat onze teams elk schadedossier met evenveel empathie en zorg beheren. Schadedossiers Niet-Leven (woning, auto, arbeidsongevallen, BA, lichamelijke letsels, herstellingen, expertise, klantenervaring enz.) worden beheerd door de businessline Broker Channel & Non-Life Development. Het team Process & Strategy Claims Non-Life houdt zich bezig met de beheerprocessen van het schadebeheer. Dit team is momenteel op zoek naar een **Manager Claims Strategic Projects**.
**Je functie**
- **Weten waar je heen wil is de basis van alles**. Je ontwikkelt mee de visie voor het schadebeheer van AG. Hierbij staat een optimale klantenervaring centraal.
- In het kader van deze visie **beheer je van A tot Z een portefeuille met innovatie
- en procesverbeteringsprojecten** in verband met het schadebeheer: je werkt de oplossingen uit, je bepaalt samen met de verschillende betrokkenen de te volgen aanpak, stelt de planning op, je beheert de prioriteiten en zorgt voor de follow-up op het terrein door de beheersteams, en je meet ook de resultaten.
- Je ondersteunt de leden van het projectteam bij de uitvoering van projecten.
- **Je draagt bij aan de** verwezenlijking van deze projecten en het bereiken van de verwachte resultaten**.**:
- **Samenwerking is essentieel.** Je bent de belangrijkste contactpersoon voor de afdelingen die bij je projecten betrokken zijn (schadebeheer, marketing, Business Solutions enz.).
- Je **stimuleert continue verbetering** door bestaande processen in vraag te stellen. Hiervoor analyseer en evalueer je voortdurend de kwaliteit van deze processen.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je hebt ervaring in **project
- of procesbeheer **en kennis van **IT-tools** (MS Office in het bijzonder).
- Je bent **ondernemend, georganiseerd, nauwkeurig **en resultaatgericht**. Je analyses zijn strikt en nauwkeurig**, maar je geeft ook blijk van **flexibiliteit**.
- Je bent een echte **team player** en je coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt graag je collega's in hun ontwikkeling. Maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken en je eigen meningen en aanbevelingen formuleren.
- Je communiceert duidelijk en overtuigend, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Je hebt een passie voor **het digitale** en je bent op de hoogte van de laatste **innovaties** op het gebied van customer experience.
- Je werkt efficiënt in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een **universitair diploma**.
