**Over je rol**:
- Welkom in ons geweldig team van ervaren collega's Jij neemt de lead in CE & CRM projecten. Jouw leiderschap zorgt ervoor dat klanten een betere marktpositie innemen dankzij een sterkere digitale maturiteit.

Je denkt op strategisch niveau. Je hebt een helikopter view en bepaalt de CE/CRM-missie van de klant, gekoppeld aan de algemene missie en strategie van de organisatie. Je zorgt voor stakeholder buy-in.

Je vertaalt de CE/CRM missie naar een heldere strategie waarbij je klantsegmenten, klantverwachtingen, customer journeys en market places koppelt en vertaalt naar heldere CRM processen. Jij neemt hierin de lead, en werkt in een spirit van co-creatie met alle stakeholders.

Je werkt in een team. Je faciliteert workshops om business behoeften en proces inzichtelijk te maken. Je tekent nieuwe processen uit. Je beoordeelt of en hoe bestaande CRM platformen de gewenste client experience kunnen waarmaken. Je neemt het project management op jou om bestaande systemen her in te richten, of om nieuwe applicaties binnen te brengen, van vendor selectie tot go-live en governance.

Je zorgt er gaandeweg voor dat nieuwe, toekomstige manieren van werken landen in de organisatie. Je werkt methodologisch rond change management.

Je beheerst scope, budget, resources en risico's van het project. Een end-to-end vendor selectie proces zit mogelijks mee in scope.

Je bent de brug tussen business en IT, tussen klant en implementatiepartner. Je zorgt ervoor dat business behoeften blijvend gerespecteerd worden.

**Verwachte Skills, expertise en methodologieën**:

- **Methodologieën **-** **Je werkt sterk methodologisch volgens een duidelijke, welbepaalde aanpak en dit voor zowel Project, Change als Stakeholder Management en Business proces analyse. Je behoudt toch ook je zin voor pragmatisme op maat van de klant.
- **Business Processen**:

- Je hebt grondige kennis van business processen en ondersteunende applicaties in volgende domeinen: CE/CRM, sales en customer service.
- **Stakeholder management** - Je beheert interne en externe belanghebbenden, je klant, project sponsor, project team, implementatiepartners, je sparringpartners binnen Mentor and Men. Contractuele afspraken zijn je leidraad.
- **Change management** - Je werkt op een methodologische manier rond verandering. Je krijgt mensen enthousiast mee in het nieuwe verhaal. Je werkt gestructureerd rond sponsorship, coaching, training, weerstand en blijvende impact.
- **Vendor selectie** - Je hebt ervaring met het end-to-end proces van requirements analyse tot selectie van pakket en vendor.
- **Project Management** - Je beheert de scope, timing, planning, resources en risico's van het project; Je werkt volgens een specifieke aanpak, bv. PMI. Je bent vertrouwd met zowel Agile als Waterfall.
- **CE/CRM applicaties** - Je hebt kennis van de markt van CE/CRM applicaties.
- **ERP Processen **- Kennis hebben van generieke end-to-end processen.
- **Team player **- Een team betekent voor jou '1+1=3'. Je deelt kennis, betrekt collega's bij jouw werk, je vraagt en geeft feedback. Mensen werken graag met jou samen. Je luistert, ook wanneer het niet goed gaat ben je daar, je wakkert team spirit aan, weet spanningen te mitigeren.
- **Strategisch denken** - Je hebt een helikopter view en bepaalt de CRM-strategie van de klant, gekoppeld aan de algemene missie en strategie van de organisatie.
- **Analytische beoordeling** - Je analyseert de huidige customer journeys, de sales en marketing processen van de klant, en hoe die vertaald zijn of vertaald kunnen worden naar een CRM applicatie.
- **Bruggenbouwer **- Je bent de brug tussen business en digital, binnen de klantenorganisatie en met de implementatiepartner.
- **Teams leiden** - Mensen werken graag in jouw team, je geeft richting en feedback, je luistert. Samen werken is je leitmotif. Je wakkert team spirit aan, weet spanningen te mitigeren.
- **Communicatie** - Je communiceert duidelijk, gevat en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je documenteert je werk op een professionele, heldere manier.
- **Personal leadership** - Je durft standpunten in te nemen, stuurt bij en hakt knopen door. Kwetsbaarheid tonen vind je helemaal ok, na een mislukking sta je weer recht.

**Deze ervaring kenmerkt jou**
- Je hebt CRM-implementatieprojecten end-to-end geleid als Project Manager, ofwel vanuit de implementatiepartner, of vanuit de business, bij voorkeur in een Microsoft Dynamics omgeving, maar niet noodzakelijk
- Je werkte als CRM proces analyst of CRM process owner
- Je bouwde al een degelijke carrière op (8 jaar of meer)
- Je werkte voor een consultancy bedrijf en hebt aldus ervaring met client-facing werk
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus)
