ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our procurement team as an Administrative Support.
As an integral part of our procurement department, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations.
This position will have a regional focus, providing back-office support for a dedicated region (APAC, Europe, etc.).WHERE YOU'LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT
Collaborate with the procurement department to support various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Creation of purchase orders in our ERP systems: ELC and SAP.
- Transfer of assets in ELC/SAP.
- Data collection and updates.
- Followup on ongoing orders, including delivery acceptance, collection of asset data, and completion of delivery acceptance forms.
- Utilize DocuSign for PO and other document signatures.
- Store documents in SharePoint.
- Control and approve invoices in Basware.
- Manage DHL shipments by preparing tags and labels.
- Upload documents in TCR SharePoint Library.
Profil:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
