Online Digital Marketing Manager BelgiË

Tupperware biedt je de kans om bij te dragen aan de digitale transformatie van het bedrijf door het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de multichannel strategie, gericht op het maximaliseren van de contactmomenten tussen de internetgebruiker en het merk voor België en Frankrijk.
Om dit te doen, zal je missie bestaan uit de o.a. de volgende taken:
- **De e-commerce strategie van het bedrijf bepalen en deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van de totale omzet van onze E-shop.**
- Implementeren van commerciële acties (promoties, verkoop, sales, wedstrijden) op basis van de hoogtepunten van het merk en E-Commerce.
- De prestaties van de site bewaken door het klanttraject, de inhoud en de productselectie te optimaliseren
- Weten hoe je de backoffice moet beheren (Magento, Google Analytics, META, Indesign, BING en Wordpress).
- De prestatie-indicatoren van de site (KPI) definiëren en regelmatig controleren en rapporten implementeren.
- Definiëren en beheren van het E-commerce budget

- Vergroten van de digitale zichtbaarheid van Tupperware ter ondersteuning van al onze verkoopkanalen (e-shop, directe verkoop en detailhandel)**
- Ontwerp van een content/sociale mediastrategie
- Keuze van sociale netwerken op basis van je doelstellingen en targets om je publiek te bereiken.
- Meewerken aan de creatie van webmedia (video's, banners, testimonials, productdemonstraties)
- Externe dienstverleners beheren (inhoudsbureau en webbureau).
- Concurrentie
- en commerciële monitoring uitvoeren.
- Statistieken van de belangrijkste sociale netwerken bijhouden: Facebookpagina, Instagram, YouTube
- Een operationeel plan opstellen: redactionele kalender.
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Marketing Manager van de cluster België-Frankrijk, geef je leiding aan een Junior en werkt nauw samen met de teams Marketing, Sales en Finance.

- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans,
- Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring in een digitaal agentschap of bij een adverteerder.
- Proactief, autonoom, creatief, je werkt in projectmodus met verschillende interne en externe teams (verkoop, communicatie, IT, agentschappen, dienstverleners, enz.)
- Je beheerst webmarketingtechnieken (contentstrategieën, zoekmarketing, affiliatie, virale marketing, mobiele marketing, enz.
