Als Project Officer eMobility (B2G) ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle noodzakelijke voorbereidende taken voorafgaand aan de installatie van laadinfrastructuur in het B2G-segment van onze business in België.
Jouw hoofdverantwoordelijkheden:
- Het ontwerpen van de meest geschikte locatie voor laadinfrastructuur in overeenstemming met de best practices, aanbestedingseisen, haalbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie.
- Actie ondernemen om een hoge klanttevredenheid en ondersteuning tijdens het project te bereiken.
- Projecten administratief opvolgen om ervoor te zorgen dat de SLA's worden nageleefd door ons, de klant en de netbeheerder vóór de installatie van de oplaadinfrastructuur.
- Controle van de offertes voor elke aanvraag.
- Bijwerken en onderhouden van de verschillende databases.
Andere aspecten van de job:
- Samenwerken met interne en externe belanghebbenden.
- Ondersteuning bieden in verschillende fasen van het project
- Proactief zijn bij het identificeren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen
Om deze job succesvol uit te voeren, ben jij idealiter:
- Tweetalig NL/FR en kan je een woordje Engels.
- In bezit van een hoger diploma of gelijkgesteld door relevante ervaring
- Heb je kennis van het werken met ERP of ticketing tools
- Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig, flexibel en een teamplayer
