The Alpega Group is looking for a Field Sales Representative for Belgium and The Netherlands (south) This role will be part of the Sales team in Teleroute and can be based in Belgium or the south of The Netherlands.

We offer our services through Teleroute, Wtransnet and 123Cargo.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You will implement the sales strategy in your area.
  • You will ensure that the sales objectives defined for your area are achieved.
  • You will analyze your territory and its market and identify development opportunities.
  • You will organize your sales activities independently (prospecting, demos, negotiations, visits, etc.).
  • You will meet physically/virtually with your strategic clients on a regular basis.
  • You will maintain excellent relations with existing customers.
  • You will be responsible for the proper management of our CRM.
  • You will collaborate effectively with your team and other departments.
  • You will share your best practice with your colleagues and other teams in the Group in order to grow the business.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

You have a minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, of which 3 should be as a field sales related role
:

  • Ideally have experience selling SaaS and transportation solutions
    (not mandatory)

Your native language is Dutch and you have an advanced level of French and English
:

  • You have a strong ability to create your own pipeline and to prospect.
  • You are an expert in commercial negotiation and you are 100% result oriented.
  • You are autonomous, positive and energetic. You have a strong team spirit.
  • You are analytical and have good problem solving skills.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
  • You are used to virtual sales and master digital tools (Teams, Salesforce...).
  • You have a good command of the Office package.
