**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van PSP programma's, door actieve prospectie, bij farmaceutische bedrijven.
- Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de hele sales/life cycle van bestaande projecten met farmaceutische bedrijven.
- Je identificeert nieuwe leads en volgt geïdentificeerde leads op. Je overtuigt potentiële klanten van de services binnen Patient Support Programma's op basis van de noden van de klanten en in lijn met interne operationele processen.
- Je bent P&L verantwoordelijke binnen deze portfolio van Remedus en zorgt voor forecasting, budgettering en rentabiliteitsoefeningen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van prijsmodellen.
- Je denkt mee over de manier waarop services kunnen optimaliseren of uitbreiden om nog een betere partner te zijn voor farmaceutische bedrijven.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coachen van een junior business developer.
- Een grondige opvolging, relatie ontwikkeling met de klant en nauwe samenwerking met andere interne afdelingen van het bedrijf.

**Wat zoeken we?**:

- Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een Masterdiploma in wetenschappelijke of commerciële richting.
- Daarnaast heb je **affiniteit** met de **farmaceutische of medical devices industry**.
- Je kan terugblikken op succesvolle ervaring in sales gerelateerde functies.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend **Nederlands en Engels**, Frans is een plus.
- Je haalt voldoening uit prijsonderhandelingen en je bent natuurlijk ook er goed in.
- Ook heb je een** passie voor sales**; je haalt voldoening uit het realiseren van een nieuwe overeenkomst.
- Lange salestrajecten schrikken je niet af, maar dagen je net uit.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld.
- Je bent assertief, resultaat gedreven, oplossingsgericht, communicatief en weet van aanpakken.
- Je hebt een flexibele mentaliteit.
