Baltimore Aircoil International nv. is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en produceren van toestellen voor verdampingskoeling en warmteafvoer. In Heist-op-den-Berg is het Europese hoofdkwartier en het Belgische productie departement gevestigd. Hier werken 330 medewerkers. Onze producten worden verdeeld over gans Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Noord-Afrika.

EHS Manager
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opzet, opvolging en uitvoering van de EHS programmas zowel voor de site in België, alsook de coördinatie op EMEIA vlak. Als lid van het plant leadership team, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van het management, de leidinggevenden en onze medewerkers over de huidige, veranderende en nieuwe wettelijke vereisten inzake veiligheid, milieu en gezondheid.

In lijn met de globale bedrijfsdoelstellingen werk je een visie en strategie uit op EMEIA niveau. Je overlegt zowel op regionaal, als globaal niveau en vertaalt de visie en strategie naar concrete actieplannen. Je implementeert en beheert verschillende zorg-en beheerssystemen en voert oa. interne audits uit. Je staat in voor de opvolging en uitvoering van allerhande wettelijke verplichtingen (vergunningen, afvalstoffenregister, arbeidsongevallen, milieujaarverlslag,...). Je verstrekt advies over diverse projecten: engineeringsprojecten, verbeteringen, investeringen, procesaanpassingen en het gebruik van arbeidsmiddelen. Je analyseert hierbij de risicos en geeft advies inzake preventieve maatregelen. Jouw doel is het versterken van onze EHS cultuur op de werkvloer door het ontwikkelen van diverse initiatieven (communicatie, trainingen,...). Je voert intern en extern communicatie mbt veiligheid en milieu. Je stuurt de acties voor het CPB aan en hiernaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de externe dienst en werk je nauw samen met HR en de leidinggevenden om te voorzien in de traniningsnoden en -vereisten. Leiderfiguur die sterk is in stakeholdermanagement met een passie voor EHS?
Je genoot een Masteropleiding aangevuld met een brede ervaring in een leidinggevende positie, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving. Je beschikt over een diploma preventieadviseur niveau 1 en combineert dit met minstens 2 jaar ervaringen als preventieadviseur in een interne dienst. Hiernaast beschik je ook over een diploma Milieucoördinator niveau A. Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Je bent PC vaardig en kan vlot werken met de gebruikelijke Office toepassingen. Als leiderfiguur met een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn organisatorische- en planningsvaardigheden één van je belangrijkste troeven en toon je zin voor initiatief en kan je goed zelfstandig werken. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en evengoed kan je analytisch en op lange termijn denken.Taal
