Since then, we've helped more than 3,500,000 customers around the world to find quiet, enjoy great experiences and keep unwanted noise at bay.

In 2023 we grew from almost 100 Loopers to over 250 people.

And that's a number we would have to keep updating every month, as we are planning to double the team once again, this year.


Our headquarters are based in Antwerp, but with hubs in Amsterdam, Shanghai, and New York, we're dotted all over the globe.


Not to brag about it, but we've recently won the EY Scale up of the year award, the Deloitte Fast50 award (for the second year in a row) and a couple of other amazing (international) prices.

The New York Times named us 'best earplugs for concerts' and thousands of noise-sensitive customers call us a 'life changer'.

Our team has quickly grown to more than 200 full-time employees, with HQ in Antwerp and many more employees dotted across Europe and the rest of the world.

In 2022, we were named the fastest-growing D2C scale-up in Belgium by Deloitte. In 2023 and 2024, we won the Red Dot Award for Product Design. And _The New York Times_ has called Loop "the best earplugs for concerts."

We're well on our way to making earplugs the new sunglasses. And Loop's in-house Studio leads the charge when it comes to communicating our message to the world. Now we're on the lookout for a top-notch
Performance Copywriter to help fill out our team.

About the role:

We're looking for a Performance Copywriter with demonstrated experience working with D2C brands to join Loop's in-house Studio.

You'll work alongside other Studio creatives, and in collaboration with Loop's e-commerce and performance marketing specialists, develop and deliver creative work that converts.


You will be pivotal in developing ad campaigns that not only drive substantial revenue growth but also weave our unique brand story into every message, setting us apart in the crowded marketplace of auditory wellness.


As Loop continues to scale, we are looking for senior creative talent with the experience and appetite to contribute to optimizing creative strategy and best practices around performance creatives within Loop's in-house Studio.


What you'll do:

  • Write clear and onbrand copy for use across a range of channels
  • Translate campaign concepts and briefs into assets that convert
  • Work closely with Loop's content and ecommerce specialists, along with other Studio creatives and external creative agencies, to deliver assets for campaigns, experiments and evergreen projects
  • Review copy to ensure Loop's TOV and values are consistently accounted for
  • Participate in optimizing the team's creative approach to ads
  • Help pitch tests and experiments aimed at activating untapped user profiles and markets
  • Implement user insights and market research to drive performance
