**Wat ga je doen**:
Het Global Support Office (GSO) Tax team van de Ahold Delhaize-groep is gevestigd in Zaandam en Brussel. We zijn op zoek naar een Specialist Tax Compliance & Tax Compliance om ons Tax Team in Brussel te versterken. Je zult rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Director Tax Compliance & Tax Accounting Group and EU. Jouw rol omvat het voorbereiden van de Direct Tax Compliance BELUX, inclusief belastingcontroles, het voorbereiden van de Tax Accounting BELUX en het voorbereiden van de Local Transfer Pricing BE and LUX.
Het takenpakket voor de Specialist TAX Compliance & TAX Accounting is uitzonderlijk divers en uitdagend. Het bestaat uit:

- **Tax Compliance**:

- Voorbereiden en coördineren van alle aspecten van Direct Tax Compliance voor de BELUX-regio, inclusief vennootschapsbelasting, bronbelasting en TP-activiteiten voor BELUX-banners.
- Beheren en coördineren van audits voor de vennootschapsbelasting, reacties op informatieverzoeken, belastingcorrecties, geschillen of andere interacties met BELUX-belastingautoriteiten.
- Coördineren van contacten met BE-belastingautoriteiten voor toegang tot horizontaal toezicht in België, waarbij de belangen van BELUX op fiscaal gebied worden vertegenwoordigd en samenwerking met operationele afdelingen wordt gewaarborgd.
- Onderzoeken en voorstellen van het gebruik van belastingtechnologieën en robotica om directe belastingnalevingsprocessen te verbeteren en te stroomlijnen. Implementeren en toezien op de uitvoering zoals goedgekeurd door het management/bestuur.
- ** Tax Accounting**:

- Voorbereiden en coördineren van de maandelijkse en kwartaalberekening van de inkomstenbelasting volgens IFRS- en BEGAAP-normen.
- Zorgen voor nauwkeurige en tijdige reconciliatie van uitgestelde belastingposities en gerelateerde rapportageverplichtingen binnen het kader van kwartaalafsluitingen.
- Coördineren van de voorspelling van verschuldigde belasting in contanten op basis van begrotingen, waardevolle inzichten verschaffen voor financiële planning.
- Leiden, coördineren en controleren van de voorspelling van belasting-P&L-impact (IFRS & lokale GAAP) op basis van begrotingen.
- **Risk management**:

- Analyseren, beoordelen en voorstellen van verbeteringen van interne controleprocedures en controles met betrekking tot het Direct Tax Control Framework.
- Beoordelen en aanbevelen van verbeteringen aan belangrijke controles en interne controles, uitvoeren van noodzakelijke controles en rapporteren aan de Director of Tax Compliance & Tax Accounting Group en relevante departementen.

**Wie ben jij**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma in Fiscaal Recht of een verwant vakgebied met specialisatie in belastingen, of een masterdiploma in Rechten/Economie met een specialisatie in belastingen.
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring op het gebied van belastingplanning, belastingnaleving en belastingboekhouding.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent leergierig en bereid om je aan te passen aan nieuwe uitdagingen.
- Je bent flexibel.
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Engels, met een passieve kennis van Frans.
