**Trainer Sterile Operations**
De functie:
Als Trainer Sterile Operations ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van trainingen die de kwaliteit van onze steriele geneesmiddelen verzekeren en verbeteren op menselijk, procesmatig, organisatorisch en globaal niveau. Door middel van jouw proactieve aanpak, bied je ondersteuning aan de operations en zorg je dat we compliant zijn met de huidige verwachtingen op gebied van aseptische praktijken, om zo deviaties te verminderen.
Hoofdactiviteiten:
- Het ontwikkelen en up to date houden van trainingen voor aseptische procedures zoals, onder andere, omkleedprocedures, aseptische technieken, cleaning en desinfectie;
- Opleiden, trainen, kwalificeren en onderhouden van de nodige skills en goed gedrag van mensen in de IPT steriele (op technisch/wetenschappelijk niveau en menselijk gedrag);
- Ondersteunen van validatie en continue verbeteren van aseptische en andere processen en conform hiermee trainingen ontwikkelen om zo kwalitatieve, steriele geneesmiddelen te kunnen produceren;
- Onderzoeken en ontdekken van de ideale processen en design (rollen en verantwoordelijkheden) voor het ontwikkelen en behouden van correct gedrag van de mensen ten opzichte van de processen;
- Behaalde resultaten delen met andere sites zodat op een consistente manier gewerkt kan worden in het globale netwerk.
Vereisten:
- Master of gelijkgesteld door ervaring;
- Ervaring in een farmaceutische GMP-omgeving, bij voorkeur in een steriele productie;
- Communicatief;
- In staat om het gedrag van mensen te overtuigen en beïnvloeden
- Initiatiefnemer;
- Innovatief.
