**Functieomschrijving**:
Als relatiebeheerder bij Tec sta je in voor de infrastructuur van het telecombedrijf. Je houdt het contact met steden, gemeenten en andere nutsbedrijven voor de werken in synergie.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bent de eerste contactpersoon tussen het bedrijf en externe partijen, zoals gemeenten, projectontwikkelaars en andere nutsbedrijven
- Je onderhandelt en verdedigt de belangen en het standpunt van het bedrijf op een assertieve manier
- Je leidt je projecten tijdens de voorbereidingsfase en uitvoeringsfase om te verzekeren dat deze met de juiste prioriteiten uitgevoerd worden
- Je volgt de werken van de aannemer (intern of extern) op en waakt over de kwaliteit en de veiligheid van de werken
- Je begrijpt de plannen, analyseert de impact van de werken en ontwerpt een economische en toekomstgerichte oplossing
**Jouw profiel**:
- Ervaring of een sterke interesse in de telecomwereld
- Ervaring in de wegeniswerken en of nutswerken is een pluspunt
- Ervaring in onderhandelen met verschillende interne en externe partijen
- Goede kennis van Autocad, QGIS of een vergelijkbaar programma
- Goede kennis van het Ms Office pakket

Naast een contract van onbepaalde duur met een aantrekkelijk salaris op maat, bieden wij je:

Deze opdracht kan ook als freelancer uitgevoerd worden:
- Betalingstermijn van 15 dagen na factuurdatum
