**Project Manager Real Estate**
**Votre missions**
En tant que Project Manager Real Estate, vous avez comme mission de conduire les études de faisabilité immobilières et gérer les projets et programmes immobiliers afin de répondre aux besoins des BU's (en Belgique ou à l'international). Vous délivrez des expertises techniques immobiliers et financières et conduisez des études d'optimalisation.
**Vos responsabilités**
- Vous gérez et planifiez les projets de manière autonome dès leur élaboration et coordonnez leur mise en place
- Vous agissez tout au long du processus et assurez une exécution qualitative et professionnelle
- Vous veillez au respect des délais convenus.
- Vous élaborez le budget prévisionnel du projet
- Vous gérez et optimisez les coûts et en proposant des solutions techniques adaptées et respectueuses du budget.
- Vous planifiez les travaux sur la base des demandes et des ressources disponibles (temps, personnel, budget,).
- Vous coordonnez les activités des intervenants internes et externes dans la réalisation des travaux : suivi technique, administratif, planning et qualité.
- Vous analysez les risques et vous veillez au respect des prescriptions de sécurité lors de la réalisation des travaux.
- Vous assurerez la coordination de projets ad-hoc inhérents au contexte et à l'actualité en collaboration avec vos collègues du département IMMO.
- Lors de l'exécution des projets, vous veillez à donner toute l'attention voulue à la communication, et vous informez très régulièrement l'ensemble de vos stakeholders (collègues, clients internes et partenaires externes)
**Votre ligne hiérarchique**
Dans le cadre de votre fonction de Project Manager Real Estate, vous rapportez directement au Head of Share Service Center Real Estate and Logistics.
**Votre Profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire ingénieur dans les secteurs de l'immobilier, de la construction, de l'architecture, du commerce.
- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle dans ces secteur d'activité (gestion immobilière, techniques de construction, architecture, facility management )
- Vous êtes un as de la méthodologie de gestion de projet et vous en maîtrisez tous les aspects et toutes les phases
- Vous faites preuve d'un esprit d'analyse aiguisé et êtes capable de challenger remettre les choses question
- Vous avez le sens de la rigueur et de la précision, vous assurez un suivi administratif de qualité
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les chiffres et la gestion budgétaire d'un projet.
- Vous êtes doté d'excellentes compétences en terme de communication, vous faites preuve d'impact et d'influence et êtes capable de susciter l'adhésion de vos stakeholders
- Vous êtes créative, flexible, structuré et capable de travailler de manière autonome
- Vous êtes un team player.
- Vous êtes motivé par la prise en charge de projets d'envergure tant niveau local qu'international
- Langues : Français et/ou néerlandais avec une bonne connaissance de la seconde langue. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est également attendue étant donné le contexte international.
