**Sustainability Manager Benelux**
Canon Benelux recherche un Sustainability Manager motivé et expérimenté qui prendra la tête de nos initiatives en matière de durabilité dans la région Benelux. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la conception et de la coordination d'initiatives de durabilité conformes à la stratégie de Canon EMEA, avec l'engagement nécessaire des différentes parties prenantes et fonctions. Vous dirigerez des programmes de durabilité locaux, gérerez l'engagement client, les programmes sociaux, les activités éducatives et les initiatives pour une économie circulaire avec le soutien d'un spécialiste de la durabilité au sein de votre équipe. De plus, vous développerez et mettrez en œuvre des programmes de conformité locaux pour la sécurité, l'environnement, les déchets, les produits chimiques et les systèmes de gestion environnementale (ISO14001).
Vos responsabilités et tâches
- Superviser un spécialiste de la durabilité en établissant des objectifs, en gérant le développement et les performances, et en surveillant l'efficacité du soutien aux équipes locales en matière de durabilité et de conformité.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de l'Europe centrale, du Moyen-Orient et de l'Afrique pour répondre aux demandes de Canon Inc au Japon et surveiller la législation environnementale et liée aux produits locaux pour garantir une compréhension et une conformité constantes. Des sujets clés incluent le Net Zéro et la réduction de l'énergie, la responsabilité élargie des producteurs pour l'emballage, les batteries et la surveillance de la gestion des déchets.
- Fournir un soutien aux équipes de vente pour les offres et la gestion des demandes des clients en matière de durabilité. De plus, vous serez responsable de suivre les tendances et de recueillir des données sur les besoins des clients en matière de durabilité.
- En étroite collaboration avec les collègues des communications d'entreprise et du marketing locaux, vous dirigerez des programmes locaux pour les jeunes et d'autres activités sociales et éducatives conformément à la stratégie de CEMEA pour les programmes sociaux et éducatifs.
- Gestion budgétaire pour toutes les activités liées à la durabilité, en veillant à l'allocation financière appropriée pour la conformité obligatoire et autres besoins au sein de chaque entité.
- Collaborer avec les équipes des communications d'entreprise et du marketing pour fournir des communications ciblées et des activités visant à améliorer les mesures d'engagement interne et la visibilité externe en matière de durabilité.
- Maintenir la certification ISO 14001 et améliorer continuellement la gestion de l'environnement pour les sites désignés dans la région Benelux, en veillant à ce que le système soit intégré et offre un contrôle efficace des risques de non-conformité.
- Rapporter les données de performance environnementale locales et soutenir le RSHQ dans la surveillance de la conformité des fournisseurs à la norme d'approvisionnement vert de Canon.
**Votre environnement de travail et vos collègues**
Vous travaillerez au sein de l'organisation Canon Benelux, basée à 's-Hertogenbosch, aux Pays-Bas, ou à Diegem, en Belgique. C'est une petite équipe ayant un impact significatif.
