**JOUW JOB**

De functie van Presales Solution Advisor software bied je een interessante mix tussen de technische en commerciële aspecten van het presales proces. Vanaf de presalesfase ben jij, vaak in samenwerking met onze Presales Consultants, verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van technische ondersteuning in het verkoopproces. Bij het verstrekken van advies houd je rekening met aspecten zoals techniciteit, het financiële aspect en natuurlijk ook het commerciële voorstel. Om een project goed te kunnen opleveren communiceer je op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier met onze servicepartners, projectmanagers, service delivery managers en Accountmanagers. Met andere woorden, we zien je zowel intern als extern als een vat vol technische kennis.
- Je analyseert de klantprocessen en vertaalt deze naar de juiste software oplossingen. Hierdoor help je de business processen van klanten te optimaliseren en werk je een functionele analyse uit. Je vertaalt de noden van de klant (commerciële B2B-klanten en aanbestedingen voor publieke klanten) naar een optimale licentiestructuur.
- Je beantwoordt de technische vragen van de accountmanagers en ondersteunt hun in het opmaken van offertes.
- Je ondersteunt collega Presales Advisors en Presales Consultants in hun projecten.
- Je begeleidt de Go Live en implementatie van de software oplossingen in samenspraak met onze service partners.
- In overleg bezoek je klanten (en partners/vendoren) om hun wensen/behoeften in kaart te brengen, project voortgang/evaluatie te bespreken en jullie relatie te verbeteren. Daarbij maak je ook een inschatting qua prijszetting in projecten.
- Je bent continu bezig met het opdoen en onderhouden van kennis over je specialisatie.
- Samen met het volledige team werken we aan een constante groei die resulteert in meer projecten (KPI).

**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je hebt minimum een bachelor werk
- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur heb je een studie in een IT-richting gevolgd.
- Software en IT-techniek zijn jouw wereld. Deze interesse weet je commercieel in te zetten. Met je overtuigingskracht probeer je samen met de Account Managers de klanten te overtuigen van jouw software-oplossing.
- Je bent zelfstandig, flexibel, klantgericht, communicatief vaardig en leergierig. Met je communicatieve skills weet je met enthousiasme technische specificaties om te zetten in een begrijpelijke taal voor de klant. Marktontwikkelingen en trends vertaal jij naar verkoopbare oplossingen, zowel naar onze klanten toe als naar ons salesteam.
- Bechtle is een internationaal bedrijf: vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreken is dus een must. Parlez-vous Français? Dan heb je alvast een streepje voor.
- Je bent een dynamische, proactieve persoonlijkheid die van aanpakken weet.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer, je kunt je goed in een ander verplaatsen en bent in staat om lastige situaties door goed overleg aan te pakken.

Ook dat is geen probleem, er is namelijk de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk. De feeling met het kantoor blijft natuurlijk belangrijk, dus je wordt wel regelmatig nog op kantoor verwacht.
