We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist who will play a vital role in driving forward our international sales team. If you are someone with a determined attitude, customer-centric approach, and a drive to make things happen, this position is perfect for you.
Your responsibilities are crucial in uplifting our sales team, providing comprehensive support throughout the entire sales process. You will collaborate across departments, break down barriers, and act as the primary resource for your sales peers and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for the local & international sales team, assisting them throughout the complete Order & Sales Process
- Aid the Sales Team in creating proposals & quotations for current and potential partners & commercial customers
- Expertise in managing the CRM system, processing customer orders, pursuing leads & maintaining data accuracy
- Work closely with the Supply Chain & Warehouse team to oversee order fulfillment, streamline transportation, and establish strategic priorities
- Serve as the global link for Smappee Partners, handling incoming communications with professionalism and directing them to the appropriate experts when necessary
- Manage post-sale activities, nurturing long-term partnerships with key associates alongside the sales team
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree with a background in an administrative or project-focused role
- Proficient in technology; prior experience with CRM software and/or ticketing systems is advantageous
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and French; additional proficiency in German, Danish, Swedish, and other languages is a plus
- Thrive in a dynamic setting where independence and problem-solving skills are valued
