We're on the lookout for a Sales Support Specialist who will be the driving force behind our international sales team.

Your role is pivotal in elevating our sales team and supporting them throughout the full sales journey.You will be collaborating across departments, break barriers, and be the go-to person for your sales colleagues and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
You are the main point of contact for the local & international sales team, supporting them throughout the full Order & Sales Process
You support the Sales Team by drafting proposals & quotations for both existing and new potential partners & commercial end-customers.
You master the CRM system, placing customer orders, following up on leads & maintaining high data hygiene standardsYou collaborate with the Supply Chain & Warehouse team to champion order fulfillment, seamless transport, and strategic prioritization
You own the aftercare process, building lasting relationships with our key partners alongside the sales team.
Requirements:
You hold a bachelor's degree with experience in an administrative, or project-oriented role.
You are tech savvy; prior experience with CRM software and/or ticketing systems are a plus.
You are multilingual in Dutch, English and French; bonus points for German, Danish, Swedish, and beyond.
You thrive in a flexible environment, where your independence and problem-solving skills shine.
You impress us with your impeccable time management and structured work approach.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit, proactive mindset, and your commercial acumen set you apart from the rest.
