**Jobomschrijving**:
De afdeling IS Sales Solutions (SSo) implementeert, exploiteert en onderhoudt alle IT-oplossingen voor de verkoop die de klanten in staat stellen hun tickets zo flexibel mogelijk te kopen, te gebruiken en te beheren. Dit departement doet dit uiteraard in nauwe samenwerking met haar businesspartners, leveranciers en andere openbaarvervoersmaatschappijen in België. Onze afdeling Testing binnen SSo zorgt voor de kwaliteitsbewaking van al deze toepassingen.

De verantwoordelijkheid van de Departement Line Manager is ervoor zorgen dat het testteam goed georganiseerd is om de testen uit te voeren. Je stuurt het team aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte en effectieve uitvoering van de testplanning en -strategie. Met jouw technische kennis til je het team naar een hoger niveau. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere teams binnen de MIVB om ervoor te zorgen dat alle testactiviteiten worden uitgevoerd volgens de vereisten en binnen een gestelde deadline.

Door je vlotte communicatie en jouw aanpak zorg je voor samenwerking, teamgeest, ontwikkel je technische skills bij je team en zorg je voor een continue blik gericht op het verbeteren van onze diensten. Vanuit het standpunt van Testing waak je over de lifecycle van onze verkoopsoplossingen. Je staat heel dicht bij je team en weet het maximale uit hun competenties te halen. Je stuurt het team dynamisch aan, een groep collega's waar teamgeest hoog in het vaandel staat. Je denkt Agile, werkt in Scrum.

Je verantwoordelijkheden
- Je geeft leiding (als een DevOps) aan senior en junior tester(s), zowel internen als externen binnen het integratietestteam als ook een aantal testers binnen het scrumteam.
- Je zorgt voor een cultuur van gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid, transparantie en responsiviteit
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team op zowel technisch als organisatorisch vlak
- Je maakt en houdt een resourceplanning van je complete team bij
- Je helpt bij het oplossen van test -en integratiesituaties en voert mee probleemanalyses uit waar nodig
- Je werkt samen met andere interne testafdelingen en bent het interne aanspreekpunt voor de projecten (Brupass, EMV, etc..)
- Je bepaalt mee de productspecifieke tooling waarmee we onze producten testen en/of meten
- Je ondersteunen en brainstormt over oplossingen met je team.
- Je rapporteert over de voortgang en resultaten van de testactiviteiten.
- Je ondersteunt bij een analyse van gerapporteerde resultaten.

**Gevraagd profiel**:

- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een IT-gebied (informatica, toegepaste informatica, enz.), of een ander gebied waarin een goede basiskennis van IT gegarandeerd is (bv. elektronica, enz.).
- Meer dan 5 jaar ervaring in IT, bij voorkeur in Testing
- Frans
- of Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Engels en de 2e landstaal.
- Goede kennis van MS Office.
- Kennis in de volgende domeinen is een pluspunt: softwareontwikkeling en/of scripting, SQL, XML, elektronica, computernetwerken.
- Je bent erg communicatief, empatisch, kalm, beheerst, georganiseerd, gestructureerd, open mind, analytische geest, kritisch geest en oog voor detail, resultaatsgericht, proactief en geduldig.
