LEFORT est une société familiale belge, implantée depuis plus de 75 ans à Gosselies et, comptant plus de 160 talents en Belgique. Nous développons et construisons des presses, cisailles et broyeurs à destination de la revalorisation des déchets métalliques.

Objectif de la fonction

Le QA MANAGER est en charge de tous les aspects relatifs à la Qualité du groupe Lefort en Belgique (de la prise de commande à la livraison du produit fini chez le client et le SAV )

Sassurer de la satisfaction du client :

S'assurer du bon traitement des plaintes venant des clients, en collaboration avec les différents services concernés
Gérer les audits externes et les certifications requises par nos clients et business Mettre en place et monitorer, en collaboration avec la planification, un processus de "gate review projet" pour s'assurer dans les phases en amont de la production que tout a bien été réalisé à temps, dans les règles et conformément aux exigences clients( qualité & délai) et dans l'intérêt de Lefort

S'assurer de l'efficacité interne des processus :

S'assurer de la bonne structure et de la documentation du Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ), afin de garantir un référentiel clair, accessible et compréhensible du personnel S'assurer du bon traitement des Non-Conformités internes en collaboration avec les différents services concernés Mettre en place et faire vivre un système d'audit interne pour s'assurer de la bonne prise en compte des process de qualité dans l'ensemble des processus Arrêter un processus, en cas de manquement qualité grave identifié, pouvant entraîner des problèmes chez le client ou dans les phases aval de production et en particulier lors du contrôle final des machines Déployer, au bon niveau, des outils /méthodologies simples de résolution de problèmes formalisés (DMAIC,...) Mettre en place des outils et process qualité interne en cohérence avec les exigences du client Animer et former tous les intervenants de l'usine afin d'atteindre les objectifs qualité de manière durable (Autocontrôle...)

S'assurer du bon niveau de qualité des fournisseurs

S'assurer du bon traitement des plaintes vers le fournisseurs, en collaboration avec les différents services concernés Travailler en collaboration avec les achats et le BE sur la qualification des fournisseurs et des produits critiques

Contexte

Le QA Manager rapporte au CEO et fait parti de Comité de Direction de Lefort Il est en relation avec l'ensemble des services de Lefort Belgique et potentiellement avec toutes les filiales à l'étranger
Il peut-être l'interface direct avec les clients finaux. Il est interfacé en interne avec l'ensemble des fonctions selon la nature du problème et la nature de la solution Il encadre hiérarchiquement une équipe de 3 à 10 personnes pour le contrôle d'entrée, le contrôle interne et le contrôle de sortie

Votre profil

Minimum BAC+4 - Ingénieur, Master ou expérience équivalent
Expérience démontrée dans un environnement industriel (idéalement industrie lourde, mécano soudé...)
Solides compétences techniques telles que la connaissance des normes en vigueur ISO 9001
Maîtrise des outils et logiciels de méthodologies de résolution de problèmes (PDCA, DMAIC, Kaizen..) et des outils associés (5W, Ishikwa, Pareto...) Des bases de "Lean" et/ou "6 sigma" est un plus
Notion de gestion de projet et des cycles de développement (DFQ ou équivalent) sont un plus L'anglais pour communiquer avec les clients et fournisseurs

Sens de l'organisation afin de planifier son travail de manière efficace et respecter les délais et les exigences règlementaires
Capacité d'analyse afin de synthétiser les informations et proposer des solutions pertinentes et efficaces
Adaptabilité pour faire face aux changements de l'environnement règlementaire, aux nouvelles exigences clients ou bien encore aux nouvelles technologies
Créativité, Capacité de concevoir et mettre en place de nouvelles façons de travailler
Management direct d'une petite équipe
