**About Our Client**:
Voor onze klant, een dienstverlenend bedrijf, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar Logistics Customer Service Medewerker. Het bedrijf is gelegen in de Antwerpse Haven en makkelijkst bereikbaar met de wagen.
**Job Description**:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het laden en lossen van bestellingen vlot verloopt.
- Je informeert zowel interne als externe partners over orders, leveringen en retours.
- Je staat in voor de dagelijkse orderverwerking.
- Je weet om te gaan met klachten en lost deze met de juiste partijen op.
- Je doet de administratieve verwerking van werkopdrachten in het ERP-systeem.
- Je signaleert problemen bij tekorten in de voorraad.
- Je volgt samen met de verantwoordelijke de volledige stock op.
- Je vervult andere administratieve werkzaamheden.
- Je zet je mee in voor de bedeling van goederen aan de balie.
- Je denkt mee na over (IT) procesverbeteringen.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Je hebt een professioneel werk
- en denkniveau.
- Je bent IT-minded.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerdere ervaring binnen de logistieke sector.
- Je bent indien nodig bereid om te werken met flexibele werkuren.
- Je kan de juiste prioriteiten stellen en neemt graag initiatief.
- Je bent stressbestendig.
- Een basiskennis van facturatie is een pluspunt.
- Je bent sociaal en werkt graag samen in teamverband.
- Je hebt een respectvolle houding naar klanten en leveranciers toe.
- Je kan goed communiceren in de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van Engels en Frans is mooi meegenomen.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt gestructureerd.
- Je kan vlot overweg met de courante computerapplicaties (MS Office) en kan snel de bedrijfsgebonden applicaties eigen maken.
