**Description**
- Vous participez à la gestion des dossiers d'assurance et à l'administration y afférente (création d'encarts, ajouts de garanties, suppressions, adaptations, remboursements, etc.)
- Vous vous adressez aux courtiers et aux clients (indépendants et PME) au sujet de nos polices incendie et ingénierie et leur donnez des conseils sur mesure.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec des collègues d'autres départements (souscription, gestion des sinistres, gestion du budget) et soutenez les collègues de votre propre équipe si nécessaire.
- Vous renforcez vos relations et votre réseau avec nos courtiers et assurez une bonne coopération.
- Vous réfléchissez de manière proactive à la manière d'améliorer les services de votre équipe.

**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de premier cycle ou possédez une expérience équivalente d'au moins trois ans dans un poste en contact avec la clientèle. Vous avez déjà travaillé dans le secteur de la banque ou de l'assurance ? C'est un grand plus
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le néerlandais. D'autres compétences linguistiques sont un atout, mais ne sont pas indispensables.
- Vous êtes avide de connaissances et aimez en apprendre davantage sur les produits d'assurance. Vous bénéficierez pour cela d'une formation en cours d'emploi.
- Vous êtes diplomate et adaptez votre communication à votre client.
- Vous êtes orienté vers les solutions et donnez des conseils sur mesure.
- Vous aimez la variété et pouvez facilement effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et partagez toutes les informations nécessaires avec vos collègues.
