Voor een groeiende en dynamische marketinggroep uit Zaventem bestaande uit 5 entiteiten, gespecialiseerd in content en digital marketing, zijn we op zoek naar een **Finance Manager** die het Finance team in goede banen wil leiden.
Als bedrijvengroep zijn ze expert in het opzetten van marketingstrategieën tot het praktisch realiseren van deze strategie vooral op maat van grote en complexe bedrijven zoals: Proximus, Carrefour, KBC, Makro-Metro, Delhaize

**Description**
***:
- Je **stuurt een team aan** van 3 gedreven operationele boekhouders (2 AP en 1AR) en ondersteunt hen in hun professionele ontwikkeling;
- Je staat in voor de wettelijke **fiscale verplichtingen** (btw-aangifte, enquêtes, listings..)
- Je neemt de complexere** analytische boekhouding** voor jouw rekening en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluiting**;
- Je volgt de **cashplanningen **en de betalingen van klanten op;
- Je neemt de lead in het zoeken naar **efficiëntiemogelijkheden** doorheen de accounting organisatie;
- Je bent het **aanspreekpunt** bij uitstek voor externe partijen (banken, verzekeringen..)
- Je fungeert als sparring partner met de CFO en het management op vlak van financiële en boekhoudkundige vragen;
- Je fungeert als **rechterhand van de CFO**;
**Profile**

- Je bent **analytisch ingesteld** en beschikt over een zelfstandige werkhouding;
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het **Nederlands**;
- Je hebt een hoger diploma in een economische richting;
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in het **aansturen van een accounting team** (plus);
- Je bent **deadlinegericht**, gaat punctueel te werk en bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een marketingomgeving;
- Kennis van Teamleader Orbit en Exact is een plus;
- Jouw **open communicatie**, integriteit, besluitvaardigheid en **hands-on mentaliteit** maken van jou een geloofwaardige en betrouwbare collega;
- Je bent **deadlinegericht**, gaat **punctueel** te werk en bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen;
