- Voor een grote logistieke speler zijn wij op zoek naar een Transport Analyst_**. **_Samen met jouw team _**waak je over de klanttevredenheid **_van één van hun grootste _**key accounts **_door hen steeds van een_ **kwalitatieve dienstverlening te voorzien. **_Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit: _
- Inbrengen van initiatieven om processen te optimaliseren of te verbeteren
- Zorgen voor een optimaal verloop van bedrijfsprocessen mbt klanttevredenheid
- Met zorg klachten en claims behandelen
- Voorkomen van mogelijke tekortkomingen door het tijdig analyseren van rapporteringen, processen en KPI's
**Wie zoeken we**:
- Je hebt minimum een A2 diploma, bij voorkeur behaalde je een Bachelor
- Ervaring in de logistieke sector is een plus, geen must, interesse en goesting daarentegen wel
- Je hebt uitstekende kennis Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld
- Je bent klantvriendelijk, commercieel en communicatief ingesteld
- Je kan werken met Microsoft Office (vnl. Excel)
