**Job Description**:

- The main responsibility of the role is to analyze and follow-up of the supply chain scanning performance and propose improvement actions, mapping, visualizing, building controls and standardize the process.
- ** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**- Follow-up of the production planning-
- Follow-up of the stock level in the plants and of the different products, follow-up the daily check on variance (stock discrepancies) into the Brix and SAP system.-
- Follow-up the scanning performances of the plants.-
- Do daily, weekly quality checks & controls-
- Understand the interaction between the different departments.-
- Follow-up of the Operations activities with the plants and other operations department (planning & execution)-
- Propose Improvements on the SOP (standard operations procedures) and system improvements-
- Identification business initiatives and actions to drive improvements in functional performance to achieve forecasts and targets-
- Provides business with analytics and insights-
- Weekly and monthly reporting-
- Provide support to the plants and operations concerning stock accuracy, scanning,- **YOUR PROFILE**- Bachelor degree in logistics, economy, IT or in a relevant logistic discipline.-
- Experience in Logistics, preferably for matrix multinational businesses.-
- Experience with ERP solutions.-
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.-
- Established strategic analysis skills.-
- Demonstrated strength in solving both structured and unstructured problems.-
- Advanced Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills.-
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to enable the effective management of stakeholders.-
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to deadlines and without supervision.-
- Demonstrated experience of cross functional and multi-level interaction and working in a matrix organization.-
- Experience of working within high volume / target driven manufacturing environment.- Desirable:
- Master degree (eg. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, IT).-
- Experience in SAP.-
- Experience in project management, business and system analysis.-
- You are fluent in German or Dutch.Preferred Education
