Description:


Bright Plus International Talents is looking for a high-level personal assistant for an international company in the têxtile sector in Brussels.

You will be responsible for the daily management of the CEO's agenda, both privately and professionally.

  • Daily management of the CEO's agenda
  • Preparing presentations on Powerpoint
  • Taking notes during meetings and presentations
  • Telephony and mailbox management
  • Arrange travel arrangements, flight reservations, visa documents and transportation
  • Organization and preparation of internal and external meetings
  • Support for various ad hoc projects

Profile

The desired profile is as follows:

  • You are in possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Office management or relevant studies
  • You are
    bilingual in French and English, both orally and in writing.

Have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role:

Offer
A
full-time contract of 37.5 hours in a growing company. You work a fixed schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In addition to an
