Robert Half is momenteel dringend op zoek naar een tweetalig FR/NL Medewerker Customer Support - Contact Centre.
Het bedrijf is een naamloze vennootschap van publiek recht actief in de telecomsector, gevestigd in het centrum van Brussel en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.
Het Service Centre is drieledig samengesteld, met een technische ploeg (1ste en de 2de lijn) en een ondersteunend team, het "Contact Centre".
Het Contact Centre (CC) is het aanspreekpunt voor al de bestaande en potentiële klanten/gebruikers. De medewerkers van het CC vervullen drie basisopdrachten, met name:
- Administratief beheer: dit omvat registratie van alle binnenkomende klantenvragen in een ticketing systeem. Dit kunnen zowel technisch en niet-technische vragen zijn, vragen omtrent facturen, vragen omtrent abonnementen... U maakt hiervan een correcte analyse. In eerste instantie probeert u zelf een antwoord te bieden.
- De interne en externe communicatie omtrent de systemen. Bij incidenten, implementatie van nieuwe systemen, of preventieve onderhoudswerken, waarschuwt u schriftelijk de klanten voor de voorziene hinder.
- Het abonnementenbeheer. Concreet betekent dit dat u de abonnementen configureert in diverse platformen.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie van Medewerker Customer Support - Contact Centre zijn:
- U bent tweetalig Frans/Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- U heeft tenminste een Bachelor of Masterdiploma;
- Ervaring met klanten is een pluspunt
- U heeft een goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- U heeft een grote affiniteit met ICT en/of telcommunicatiesector;
- U hebt belangstelling voor een functie bij een telecommunicatieoperator en bent bereid om de nodige technische kennis op te doen om de klanten eerstelijnsassistentie te verlenen.
- U heeft sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden;
- U bent proactief, klant
- en servicegericht;
- U bent discreet, communicatief, flexibel en nauwkeurig.
