Voor een bedrijf actief in de gas en elektriciteit zijn we op zoek naar Technische Customer Service profielen.

**De functie**:
Als Business Support Customer Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het afhandelen van specifieke klantproblemen en het beantwoorden van alle complexe vragen met betrekking tot aansluitingen op het gas
- en elektriciteitsnetwerk, interventies aan meters, indexstanden, facturatie van werkzaamheden, vragen van beschermde klanten, enz.;
- Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om complexe dossiers op te lossen die meerdere interne stakeholders bevatten;
- Het ontwikkelen en geven van professionele trainingen aan medewerkers van de klantenservice;
- Zelfstandige ondersteuning bieden aan de eerste lijn bij complexe/bijzondere en/of technische verzoeken;
- Het zijn van het voorkeurscontact voor klanten, waarbij je luistert naar hun behoeften en proactief handelt;
- Op verzoek van het management de klant ontmoeten, regelmatig verbeterpunten rapporteren en deelnemen aan het continue verbeterproces.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma op zak;
- Je bent klantgericht en communiceert duidelijk en effectief;
- Je beheerst de tweede landstaal zeer goed;
- Je hebt sterke schrijfvaardigheden;
- Je bent georganiseerd, hebt teamgeest en een analytisch vermogen;
- Je hebt ervaring met het geven van trainingen;
- Kernvaardigheden: assertiviteit, resultaatgerichtheid, leervermogen, stressbestendigheid, flexibiliteit.
