Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints.
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely assistance to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and followup with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both French and Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • A strong customer service focus, with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and logically.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent contract, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months
