Web & Application Project Manager

What to expect:

You will be part of a dynamic and expanding organization. As a Project Manager at Wax Interactive, you'll oversee your client portfolio for various customer segments. Together with your team, you will manage project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.

This entails:

  • Mastering Agile and Scrum frameworks
  • Prioritizing quality and timely delivery within budget constraints
  • Visiting clients to translate omnichannel services into tangible (long-term) projects through workshop sessions with our specialists
  • Serving as the main point of contact within the organization for the project
  • Collaborating with the account manager to deeply understand the client's business, enabling you to contribute creative concepts and opportunities. You coordinate ongoing projects, assign tasks to the expert team, and provide guidance as needed
  • Engaging in projects within your expertise (consulting, UX design, information architecture, etc.)
  • Taking proactive steps and voicing your opinion or proposing enhancements

If this resonates with you, you likely have:

  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager, with a track record to prove it
  • Knowledge of a CMS platform (e.g., Drupal, WordPress), preferably with a technical and/or online marketing background
  • A perceptive nature and a strategic, creative, and technical mindset essential for initiating and completing projects
  • Known as a collaborative team player bursting with initiative
  • Focused on service, solutions, and outcomes
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, with conversational ability in French
  • Skilled in time management, budgeting, and scope control. You honor deadlines
  • Enjoying laughter and generally having a positive demeanor
