Als **Production Leader** ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de snijafdeling waar onze materialen op maat versneden en verpakt worden. Daarnaast ben je back-up van de Production Leader van de finishing afdeling.
**Hoe ziet je job er uit als Production Leader?**
- Je zorgt voor een hoog niveau van kwaliteit van de productie in je afdeling.
- Je leidt en coacht je team in hun dagelijkse taken en zorgt voor een vlotte onboarding/opleiding van nieuwe medewerkers.
- Je laat de producten doorstromen in een zo optimaal mogelijke tijd.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij de optimalisatie
- en vernieuwingsprojecten van process engineering in jouw afdeling.
- Je behoudt een sterke focus op veiligheid en productiviteit, dmv team meatings, controle navolging veiligheidsvoorschriften,...
- Bij afwezigheid van je collega Production leader superviseer je ook de coating afdeling.
**Welke kennis en skills zoeken we voor deze rol?**
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of denkniveau.
- Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende in een productie omgeving.
- Je bent een leergierig en resultaatgericht persoon die mee op de werkvloer aan de slag gaat.
- Je hebt het vermogen om kansen te signaleren en te verbeteren.
- Je vindt het coachen van mensen en samenwerking stimuleren heel belangrijk.
- Je hebt een goed kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
- Je werkt in dag maar je kan af en toe aanwezig zijn bij de opstart van de verschillende ploegen (2 ploegen, vaste nacht en weekendploeg)
- Excel kennis is vereist, kennis SAP is een pluspunt.
