Loxam BeLux has 180 employees and the 3 divisions are in full expansion:

  • Loxam
    Rental: is responsible for the rental of professional construction equipment.
  • Loxam
    Access: specializes in the rental of aerial work platforms.
To help support our growth, we are looking for a new Loxamien(ne) at our Rental division for the position of:

Functie:

Commercial management of Loxam Belgium's Top 60 customers across the 3 divisions (Rental, Access, Module)

  • Develop of turnover and activites following first in mind first in choice strategy, supported by operational excellence
  • Develop personal contacts with all decisionmakers within the customer structures
  • On a regular basis, structural consultation with these contacts on the buildup and evolution business figure and needs
  • Pursue synergy between the 3 divisions (internally) and create crossselling opportunities with the customer
  • Regular internal consultation with RCR, RS and RAs on the cooperation between these clients and our agencies
  • Analysis of the competitive position and determining corrective actions to increase market share
  • Development of customerspecific actions (marketing, field presence,...) to intensify customer relations in cooperation with marketing
  • Clear communication with all parties

Financial follow-up of the Top 60 customers

  • Follow up payment patterns, invoicing issues, missing documents together with the operational teams in our agencies and take initiatives to improve
  • Analysis of customer usage patterns (type of machines, duration of hiring, cover rates on transport, reinvoicing, etc.) and profitability of the account

Qualitative monitoring of the Top 60 customers

  • Follow up and coordinate qualitative issues and expectations with the operational teams in our agencies and with Loxcall, and take initiatives to improve.

Profiel:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, minimum 3 years in Key Account Management
  • Bachelor or master degree in an economical orientation, or equivalent by experiences and additional training
  • Sharing the Loxamvalues, which are

  • Knowledge of the rental business or at least familiar with our clients
  • Good operational knowledge of CRMpackages, by preference Salesforce
  • French, Dutch and English: both spoken and written.
