What will be your task?

As a transport planner, you will be the driving force behind setting up dynamic route plans. You will not only consider the planned routes, but also integrate flexibility for last-minute adjustments. You will maintain direct contact with our drivers, customers, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication.

Specifically, your tasks as a dispatcher include:

  • Drivers rely on you. You support them with advice and ensure the cleanliness of the trucks
  • Administrative tasks: inventory management, arranging driver cards, and documentation for boat deliveries are a breeze for you
  • As a dispatcher, you work closely with other departments

What are we looking for?

  • You have a logistical background through education or equivalent experience
  • Flexible working hours: between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. in consultation with colleagues
  • You work Saturday mornings on a rotating basis
  • You are strong in communication and have people skills
  • Hasselt, and the wider region around it, hold no geographical secrets for you. You can easily plan the shortest routes and avoid traffic jams
  • You have excellent organizational skills, enabling you to perform optimally during busy periods and meet deadlines
  • You develop solutions and improvements to create even more efficient route plans
  • Good knowledge of Dutch
  • Familiarity with Navision? That's a plus
