**Jouw functie**:
In jouw rol als **Safety Manager** draag je 'Safety First' hoog in het vaandel. Je **garandeert de veiligheid in de productieplant** en **streeft naar betere processen en procedures** om zo de best mogelijke veiligheid te garanderen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:
- Als **Preventieadviseur** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het** praktisch implementeren van het veiligheidsbeleid **en preventie & welzijn.
- Je blijft hierbij ook steeds up to date wat betreft de **veiligheidswetgeving**. Je neemt **veiligheidsinitiatieven** en stelt **risicoanalyses **op zodat het veiligheidsbewustzijn in de plant optimaal blijft.
- Je denkt na over mogelijke **verbeterpunten rond veiligheid** en je bent in staat om de ganse organisatie te overtuigen van de toegevoegde waarde van de verbeteringen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **opstellen van een jaarlijks actieplan en het 5-jaarlijks Globaal Preventieplan**. Je onderzoekt **arbeidsongevallen **en koppelt hieraan **preventiemaatregelen**. Je hebt een actieve rol binnen CPBW en maakt rapportages op.
- Je bent een **people coach **en je geeft de nodige **veiligheidstrainingen**. Je coacht en stuurt hierbij de medewerkers en fungeert als **centraal aanspreekpunt rond alles wat te maken heeft met veiligheid en kwaliteit**:
- In deze rol maak je deel uit van het **lokaal managementteam**, en rapporteer je aan de Plant Manager.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je bent een **ervaren Safety Manager** met een** eerste stevige werkervaring binnen een operationele omgeving**. Je beschikt over het diploma **Preventieadviseur niveau 2.**:
- Je bent een **teamspeler **en je streeft altijd naar de beste resultaten. Je bent flexibel en **weet wat leeft op de werkvloer.**:
- Dankzij jouw **logisch denkvermogen en analytische geest **slaag je erin om praktisch werkbare oplossingen te formuleren.
- Je bent een** kei in het coachen en motiveren** van medewerkers zodat zij veiligheid als prioriteit hanteren. Je houdt ervan om **dicht bij de operaties **te staan.
- Jij hebt een hoog **verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel **en durft collega's op de werkvloer aan te spreken op (on)veilig gedrag.
