We are seeking a talented Social Media and Influencer Marketing Officer with a passion for content creation to join our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your creativity to develop compelling social media content aimed at promoting key institutional messages and initiatives.
Working alongside skilled copywriters and graphic designers, you will lead the content production process from conceptualization to publication, monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop social media content strategies to support campaign objectives
- Create and manage editorial calendars to ensure timely and relevant content delivery
- Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce engaging content for various platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) utilizing different formats such as reels, interactive polls, carousels, etc.
- Monitor public interactions with social media posts and actively engage with the online community
- Provide regular reporting on content performance and insights to inform future strategies
Requirements:
- 12 years of relevant experience in social media content creation and ideation Strategic mindset with the ability to craft compelling storytelling and angles to convey institutional messages effectively Proficiency in social media listening, monitoring, and reporting tools Interest in and knowledge of EU institutions and policies Strong teamwork and project management skills, capable of coordinating production efforts across multiple colleagues Fluent in English and Italian; German language proficiency is a plus Based in Belgium or willing to relocate, with availability for occasional travel as needed for project implementation
