Launch Excellence Learning Lead who is

Launch Excellence Learning team, based in our
headquarter in
Brussels,
Belgium.


About the role


The Launch Excellence Learning Lead for Immunology will develop launch excellence capabilities through learning and the orchestration and implementation of launch capabilities from global to local.

You will join a very collaborative team of 5 passionate experts inspired by patients. You will evolve in a department with a strong team spirit where you can count on each other.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and deliver impactful learning experiences that support the defined launch capabilities for go-to-market.


You will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise in a global and high complex environment where you can constantly learn and are challenged.


What you'll do

  • Align global to local gotomarket (G2M) competency and capability development
  • Prioritize learning activities and investments to build global and local capabilities of launch needs
  • Lead and coordinate with an internal and external team to design, development and gain global to local approval of learning content and experiences which will elevate UCB's launch effectiveness and preparedness worldwide
  • Orchestrate the activities of global, regional and local learning, medical and market access teams (G2M) for optimal synergy, efficiency and impact with launches
  • Interface with the global and local commercial, medical and market access teams for Learning to align on the prelaunch needs
  • Leverage best practices across the learning community and specifically from within the Office of Launch Excellence
  • Elevate the impact and capabilities of global, regional and local medical, market access and commercial roles (vis a vis external and internal benchmarks)
  • Manage and reconcile regional medical, access and commercial learning needs by aligning to global (Mission) plans with enough flexibility to localize where required
  • Lead a project team consisting of local "inlanguage" partners to ensure the timely accurate translation of content used to prepare for launch

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Experienced in leading matrix projects involving large numbers of stakeholders across the global and/or within local markets
  • Learning Strategy, Design and principles (e.g. adult learning) expertise or experience
  • Has knowledge, experience and/or expertise in Immunology or is eager to learn more about it
  • Digital competency to capture key data for measurement
  • Possess capabilities with current authoring tools, such as Articulate/RISE, Camtasia, etc are advantageous
  • Fluent in English is required. Fluent in French and German is a plus
