What to expect


You will work in the awesome Voice of the Customer team with creative and talented individuals from all parts of the world.

Your team is spread out over multiple locations and the stakeholders you work with are global, allowing you the opportunity to truly work in an international environment.


The team itself has the unique position of being able to bring the customer's voice towards the organization by using the customer and the data speak for itself.

This consists of using data from direct feedback (what the customer tells us) and to combine this with indirect (what they say about us) and inferred (what the systems show us).

Especially on the inferred part you will be active in looking at real-time data from our customers

In this role you will be able to:

  • Shine bright like a diamond, by showing how data can speak for itself (if brought together in the right way)
  • Define data analysis use cases together with stakeholders within the whole organisation
  • Prepare data insights to be used and linked to the customer journey insights
  • Link real time data to the digital experience of the customer and the self service experience to drive actions to improve
  • Drive consumption of the operational and real time data
- be an ambassador for our Customers and Customer Experience and have an eye on how to reduce frictions

  • Be your full self in an environment which promotes diversity and inclusion.
  • Explore new innovations and evolutions, stay aware of business trends and developments in the Customer autonomy space and see how they can contribute to our ambitions.
  • Launch yourself into training to further expand your skillset

  • Learn the underlying flows and data structures that support SWIFT's and customer's business.
What will make you successful?

We are seeking professionals with extensive experience in the following:

  • Min. 3 of experience as a data engineer or data analyst
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Able to listen to stakeholders to concisely capture and document business requirements and use cases
  • Knowledge of:
  • SQL, Hadoop, Kafka
  • Data visualisation tools: Kibana, Tableau
  • Programming language Python, R
  • Understanding of data structures, data bases
  • Knowledge of SWIFT main message flows and related data structures is a big plus (support, prof services, platform & operations )
  • OASIS knowledge is a plus
  • Data science skills are a nice to have
