- Voor het LOG team binnen de BU Smart Buildings van Equans zoeken we een **Project manager Gebouwinrichting**. Je bent actief in Evere.
Het LOG team is gespecialiseerd in beheer en optimalisatie van kantoorruimte. Dit kan gaan over verhuizingen, renovaties of andere projecten rond de evolutie van gebruik van ruimtes in gebouwen.
**Wat houdt deze job precies in?**
- je stelt samen met het ontwerpteam, het tekenbureau en de klant de technische plannen, de voorlopige plannen en het budget op voor de gebouwinrichting
- je organiseert en coördineert, indien nodig, de opstelling van de voorschriften door gespecialiseerde ingenieurs en/of architecten
- je organiseert en coördineert de selectie van de verschillende aannemingen van de werf
- je beheert de werf volledig van bij de opstart tot aan de definitieve oplevering (opstart van de werf, opvolging van de diverse aannemingen, houden van werfvergadering, opvolging planning, bijstand aan de klant voor de voorlopige en definitieve oplevering)
- je beheert verschillende projecten in parallel
- ondersteuning aan het commerciële proces: technisch-commerciële tussenkomst bij de opmaak van offertes
- financieel beheer en budgetcontrole van de projecten die je opvolgt

- je bent ingenieur, architect met minstens 5 jaar ervaring of gelijkwaardig
- je hebt ervaring in afwerkingswerkzaamheden voor werkplekken binnen de tertiaire sector
- ervaring in bouwkundige werken is een pluspunt
- je hebt een goede ervaring in projectbeheer: relatie met de klant, relatie met interne en externe medewerkers, economische visie, capaciteit om te plannen, beheer van druk en stress
- je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Office en tools voor planning om de nodige documenten te produceren
- je hebt kennis van en ervaring in technische domeinen zoals HVAC, bekabeling, verlichting, ergonomie, akoestiek
- je hebt kennis van Autocad of andere gelijkwaardige tools voor technisch tekenen
- je bent tweetalig Frans/Nederlands
